24-7Tent@Boulder

Greetings!

God is on the move! Recently I've found myself waist deep in a 24-7 worship and prayer movement. And it's not by my design at all. No ministry or church can take credit for it, because it's all God. I get stirred up just to be apart of it! He is stirring hearts and I think we are going to see something break very soon. I keep bumping into people who want more of the life of God...For His Holy Spirit, Intimacy, Peace, Joy, & Healing - not just for themselves but to impart it to others. And God is being faithful to hand it out. One of those stories is with a student leader in Boulder that I've been working with. His name is Sean and he has been part of a rising student prayer movement at CU (University of Colorado, Boulder). We connected through Heaven Fest and I've found God leading me to support and encourage Sean and this movement. Most days you will find Sean in a prayer room contending for the city of Boulder and when he's not there he is with a group of students walking through grocery stores and on street corners praying for people. Pretty Sweet! God is moving in power through them - through healings, words of encouragement, sharing the good news of Jesus and the life He offers. He recently formed the Boulder House of Prayer out of this movement - www.BoulderHouseofPrayer.org -  And there are more stories of God moving like this in groups on the front range!

In light of this story, Sean and I are hosting a 24 hour prayer and worship gathering this weekend (Oct 22-23) in Boulder. This is sort of a ground breaking deal for all that God is stirring up in Boulder. As you might know, Boulder is known for a lot of things, and praising Jesus is definitely not one of those. So will you pray with us? The ground is still very hard in this city. We held Heaven Fest just outside the county line of Boulder this summer....literally the road that bordered the event site was the Boulder county line. We know there was a spiritual significance in being there, and establishing a strong hold of 24-7 worship and prayer in Boulder is probably one of those.

Also there is a slew of 24 hour worship and prayer gatherings happening this October/November. God is really stirring it up! Will you please pray for God's Kingdom to come. Will you please pray for unity between ministry leaders and church's. Please pray for grace and perseverance for me and for missionaries with WWM. We NEED it!

 There are 24 hour gatherings four weekends in a row and 2 events on the same weekend!

- Oct. 22-23: 24-7Tent in Boulder
- Oct. 29-30: 24-7Tent in Longmont
- Nov. 5-6: Faith Bible Chapel, Arvada, is doing a 24 hour worship and prayer event called Awaken
- Nov. 5-6: 24 hour worship and prayer event in Elizabeth!
- Nov. 11-13: 24 hour gathering at the Resound Conference @ Vinelife Church. http://www.resoundconference.com/
